Could you be the Key Account Manager we are looking for?

We're now seeking a new team member in Finland to join our industry segment.

The energy landscape is rapidly evolving, with a strong emphasis on transitioning to sustainable, green sources while also addressing the need to decarbonize current energy infrastructures. These changes present both challenges and opportunities, and at Dräger, we recognize the growing demand for our solutions in both current and future energy markets.

In this role, you'll engage with customers and businesses across traditional industries as well as those driving the transition towards a fossil-free society. As experts in safety, we understand the diverse needs of our customers in different environments. We are involved in many projects and the focus of this role is to work with gas detection for existing customers and to drive new projects in the green transition.

The position is permanent and full-time, based in Vantaa. We work in a hybrid model.

What are we looking for?

Ideally, you will hold a degree in engineering (e.g. chemistry, process, automation, or other related field), providing you with a solid foundation for understanding technical aspects of our solutions. Previous experience in selling solutions, coupled with a track record of long-term sales and sustained customer engagement, will be highly advantageous in this role.

We are looking for an independent and self-motivated salesperson who has a background in business development and great interpersonal and communication skills, so that you can handle customers at different levels, and understand the industry and the language the customers speak. Proficiency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication with our diverse clientele and team members.
