IT Service Coordinator

As an IT Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and improving the core IT service processes to ensure seamless operations, service integration and good user experience. You will play a crucial role in managing and developing Anora ITSM tool (Jira Service Management). You will also look after the SAP changes and help in improving the release and test management processes.

Key accountabilities of the role:

• collaborating with our business to create reports and dashboards to deliver solutions for data-driven decision-making of our business stakeholders
• optimizing processes, technologies and governance routines and making sure we deliver accurate data through a robust validation process
• delivering complex data findings in a clear and compelling way to the business
• innovating with new technologies, techniques and practices
   

We are looking for a proactive, independent and highly analytical person who understands quickly the needs of business and works with both internal and external teams to build new ways to lead Anora’s business forward.
 

Your competence areas:

• Basic knowledge about the area of IT service management, ITIL processes and service integration.
• Strong experience and preferably configuration experience about Jira Service Management and Jira Software Tools.  
• Previous experience on SAP ECC system, Power BI reporting and Zephyr Scale is considered as a benefit. 
• Service oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English. Any Nordic language skills are seen as a clear asset.  Capability to communicate clearly to business about the IT processes and possible process changes.
