Chef for chinese cuisine
The job includes preparing dishes from Chinese cuisine, prepping ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen. The applicant must be able to prepare and pre-process ingredients, sauces, and spices. They should also be able to design dishes and, if needed, assist with serving as well as ordering and purchasing ingredients.
The applicant must be open-minded, hardworking, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with the rest of the staff.
