Kesätyö/Summer job: Varastotyöntekijä / Stock Keeper

In the Nordic organization, we operate on the travel retail side through the Dufry brand, while HMSHost is responsible for restaurant operations. In Finland, we have 15 retail outlets at the award-winning Helsinki-Vantaa Airport.

We are now looking for:

STOCK KEEPER/Warehouse worker for a summer job (20-25 h/week) at our Helsinki-Vantaa Airport’s terminal warehouses.

You will work at our terminal warehouse at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport.

Your duties include receiving goods and replenishing our stores in the departure gate areas. Most of the work is done in the store premises, so the tasks also include customer service. At us, the customer is always our priority, so an enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude is important.

To succeed in this role, we require:

-Previous work experience in warehousing, replenishment and/or retail is considered an advantage
-Readiness and willingness to work in shifts in a busy environment
-Good English language skills, other language skills are seen as a plus
-Excellent cooperation skills and ability to do physically demanding job
-Proactive attitude towards work and ability to take initiative
-You must be at least 18 years old

Working hours are mainly between 07:00-23:00, covering all days of the week.

Please note that to be able to work at airport, you will go through a background safety clearance and you are required to have a valid proof of identity. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must already hold a valid work permit to work in Finland at the time of your application and throughout the summer job period.

Contract and Applying

This is a summer job, so we expect you to be available from the beginning of May to the end of September.

The salary is based on the Collective Agreement for the Commercial Sector. We are a multi-national team of fun colleagues and the atmosphere at work is positive, international and buzzling!
