Lead fullstack developer

The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to bridge the gap between complex business requirements and high-quality technical execution. You won’t just be managing people; you will be the architectural lighthouse for our stack, ensuring our mobile and web applications are scalable, secure, and built with modern CI/CD standards.

Key Responsibilities
Architectural Stewardship: Guide the evolution of our application lifecycle, moving from design to deployment using Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js microservices.

Front-end & Mobile Excellence: Oversee the development of high-performance interfaces using React and TypeScript, ensuring a seamless experience across web and mobile platforms.

Cloud & DevOps Mastery: Own our GCP infrastructure. You will champion ”Infrastructure as Code” and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure we ship code daily with confidence.

Empathetic Leadership: Lead a team of talented developers through mentorship, code reviews, and pair programming. We value a ”leader-teacher” over a ”command-and-control” manager.

SDLC Optimization: Continuous improvement of our development cycles—identifying bottlenecks in our sprint process and implementing lean methodologies.

Technical Requirements
Back-end: Extensive experience in Java and Node.js.

Front-end: Deep proficiency in TypeScript and React.

Mobile: Proven track record in mobile development (Native or Cross-platform).

Cloud: Professional-level experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

DevOps: Strong hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).
