We are a truly international daycare with three small groups, where English is the shared working language and a natural part of everyday life. Your role as an early childhood education teacher:

As an early childhood education teacher, you are the pedagogical leader of your team and an inspiring enabler. You will be responsible for the planning of your group’s activities and the high-quality early childhood education process, using Touhula’s pedagogical annual plan, Touhula Rytm. At the heart of your mission is:

– Pedagogical leadership: You will be responsible for your team’s everyday pedagogy, small group activities and the construction of diverse and safe learning environments.

– Individual support: You will plan and evaluate children’s support measures in cooperation with multi-professional networks.

– Customer experience: You will be responsible for your team’s high-quality customer communications and create a positive emotional atmosphere that is transmitted to families.

– Team support: You will develop an inclusive feedback culture and support colleagues in pedagogical work by utilising the team’s strengths.

We offer early childhood education teachers a competitive salary that ranges from €2831,64 to €-3486,53 per month. The final salary is determined by the years of work experience and any personal salary supplement based on special skills. In the interview situation, we can discuss whether your special expertise is taken into account and whether the salary is placed more precisely in the salary range.

What we expect from you

– Ability to build open and professional interaction with all stakeholders

– Responsible approach to work and courage to try new ways of working

– An extract from the criminal record in accordance with the Act and an account in accordance with the Communicable Diseases Act

– Early childhood education and care teacher qualifications under the Act on Early Childhood Education and Care
