Do you have a passion for people and experience in leadership development and strategic HR work in business-driven environment? Are you experienced in driving results through collaboration with business operations in Nordic work environment?
We are now looking for People & Culture Manager to support our Group functions.
In this strategic role you will support our freshly organized group functions across Nordics. You will implement people strategies, provide expert guidance, manage competencies, and support organization in employee relations, performance and change management, and other People & Culture related topics. The role includes leading various kinds of projects and working in collaboration with your colleagues in Finland, Sweden and Denmark.
Your key responsibility areas:
– Acting as the strategic People & Culture Manager to support Group functions (Buying and Sourcing, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Strategy/Development) in all People & Culture related topics.
– Supporting leaders in employment matters, organizational development, and change management.
– Implementing training programs that strengthen competencies and leadership skills.
– Recruiting and onboarding people and ensuring smooth integration according to company practices in co-operation with Group People & Culture function.
– Driving and ensuring the implementation of People & Culture processes and development initiatives.
– Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
You will report to the Chief People, Culture and Sustainability Officer, and you will be part of the Group People and Culture Management team and other Group functions` Management teams.
Our expectations
You have a master’s degree in economics, Human Resources, or in other relevant fields and 7+ years of experience in People & Culture operations and development, preferably in international or matrix organizations. Experience in Group level People & Culture organization is seen as a benefit.
You have knowledge in labor law, collective agreements in Finland, Sweden and Denmark. You have experience in negotiations and collective bargaining and People & Culture best practices. You are experienced in leadership development, team coaching and change management, and you are capable of supporting and coaching leaders through change and growth.
You have successfully led projects and conducted recruitments for senior manager roles in an international environment. Customer satisfaction is a key value guiding your work. You are organized and adaptable to change, able to shift direction as needed. You are committed to completing what you start. You are used to execute day-to-day tasks efficiently and can also operate at a strategic level. You are resilient in fast-paced and challenging environments, and you have a systematic, solution-oriented approach. We also hope you have persistence and courage to navigate unfamiliar situations. Your excellent coaching, negotiation, and collaboration skills have developed through diverse interactions. Fluent spoken and written English and either Finnish or Swedish are essential. You will play an important role in collaboration in Group functions and within the Finnish and Swedish People and Culture teams.
