We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Agents for our Service & Operations team in Helsinki for summer 2026! Your tasks include customer service at check-in, self-service machines, passenger gates, and making travel bookings in our terminals. You are reliable, flexible, an efficient team player coping well under pressure. Fixed-term employment for summer 2026, part-time shift work between 06–23, shifts can be any day of the week at West Terminal and South Harbour. On average 52 hours/4 weeks. Collective agreement, job demand class 3.
