Business Development Manager

Suomen Autolasi OY is a growing company operating in the automotive glass service sector in Finland. The company is expanding its operations and developing a wider service network across Finland.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support this growth.

Main responsibilities:

– Development and expansion of the companys service network across Finland

– Implementation and improvement of CRM systems for customer management

– Optimization of lead processing and customer response speed

– Development and standardization of internal workflows and operational processes

– Coordination between sales staff, drivers, and technicians

– Support of marketing and customer acquisition

– Implementation of digital tools, including AI-based solutions for customer communication

The role requires a combination of business development, customer process management, and practical experience in CRM systems.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).
