- A proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing complex, long sales cycles.
- Experience working with Nordic OEMs or Tier‑1 suppliers is beneficial.
- A degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Fluency in Finnish or Swedish, combined with good English skills.
- Willingness to travel 1–3 days per week across Sweden and Finland for customer visits, fairs, and visiting OEMs.
As a person, you are:
- independent, communicative, and proactive in your working style
- genuinely interested in technical sales and motivated by continuous learning
- energetic, structured, and strongly focused on effective sales management
We offer you a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, flexible working arrangements, structured onboarding and strong development opportunities.
