Housekeeping Team Leader to Oulu

What does your workday look like?

As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you play a critical role in ensuring that our cleaning services meet the highest standards.You will leadthe Housekeeping team, leadonboarding and training, ensure the safe and efficient use of cleaning equipment by conducting regular inspections and maintenance. In addition you ensure the customer’s expectations and our operations meet.

You will succeed in your job if you have:

– Experience in housekeeping and team leadership
– A reliable, dedicated and detail-oriented approach to work
– Good organizational and interaction skills
– Ability to lead and motivate a team
– Fluent English or Finnishlanguage skills, other language skills are a plus
