Founding Product Marketing Manager (AI / B2B SaaS)
Retail companies still manage critical decisions like pricing, promotions, and assortment planning in complex Excel files and fragmented tools. RetailGrid replaces this workflow with a modern platform where retailers can analyze data, simulate strategies, and automate decisions in one place.
We are looking for our Founding Product Marketing Manager to help define the category and bring RetailGrid to market.
This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and AI evangelism. You will work directly with the founder and product team to shape the product narrative, build marketing assets, and help retailers understand a new way of working with data.
Responsibilities
Define RetailGrids product positioning and messaging
Translate product capabilities into clear retail use cases
Build marketing assets such as product pages, pitch decks, one-pagers, and demo narratives
Manage website messaging and content (Webflow)
Support demand generation and marketing automation workflows (HubSpot)
Develop founder-led content for LinkedIn and industry channels
Create educational content around AI in retail decision-making
Work closely with product and sales to refine messaging based on customer feedback
Requirements
Experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Strategy in a B2B SaaS company
Strong storytelling and writing skills
Ability to explain complex technology in simple language
Interest in AI, data platforms, and analytics tools
Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
Experience working with tools such as Webflow, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms
Nice to have
Experience in retail technology, analytics platforms, or data products
Background in consulting, SaaS startups, or AI-driven products
Experience building founder-led content or thought leadership
