Sales & Administration Lead (Hybrid – Finland)

Note: Qodesh Services Finland operates as the service company, but all inquiries and engagements are managed by Peprah Oy. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales & Administration Lead to acquire and manage B2B client accounts across industries requiring warehouse personnel and facility cleaning services. You will oversee the full sales cycle — from tendering and service level agreements (SLAs) to billing accuracy and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new B2B clients in logistics, warehousing, and facility services sectors.
Prepare and manage tenders, client agreements, and SLAs.
Coordinate billing, reporting, and communication with management.
Build long-term client relationships to ensure continued business and growth.
Contribute to developing efficient sales and administrative processes as part of a growing start-up.
Position Details
Location: Hybrid (within Finland)
Languages: Finnish & Swedish (fluent), English (fluent)
Contract Type: Fixed-term (as per the Employment Contracts Act; trial period up to 6 months)

Compensation: €1,000 base fee + 15% commission on each closed deal.
Commissions remain valid as long as the client continues to work with us.

About You
Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, business administration, or account management roles.
Bachelors degree in business communication, Marketing, or a related field
Proven record of managing B2B accounts and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Self-driven, organized, and eager to build a disciplined, sustainable company from the ground up.
