B&R Restaurant Kommodori is looking for a Head Chef for the Summer!

We are looking for a skilled kitchen professional to join us for the summer season at B&R Restaurant Kommodori, located at the beautiful Myllysaari Pavilion in Lahti.

During the summer, Kommodori operates daily as an à la carte restaurant, serving a variety of fresh and seasonal summer dishes. The selected Head Chef will also have the opportunity to influence and develop the menu.

In addition to our restaurant operations, we also work as a private event and catering venue, hosting events ranging from 10 guests up to 120 guests. Because of this, experience in planning and executing large buffet services and event catering is highly valued.

This role offers a versatile and dynamic summer position in a unique lakeside setting.

What we are looking for:
Experience working as a chef or kitchen manager
Ability to manage kitchen operations and service
Experience with buffet service and event catering
Creativity and interest in developing summer menu items
Strong teamwork and organizational skills
