As we expand our presence across Finland and the Nordic region, we are seeking a qualified and motivated Sales Representative to strengthen our commercial operations within pharmacies, health stores, and wellness retail channels.
**Position Overview**
The Sales Representative Pharmacies & Health Stores will support PLUSNUTRAs commercial growth by executing B2B sales activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring high quality in store execution. The role requires close collaboration with pharmacy and retail partners, as well as internal stakeholders, to ensure the successful introduction and sustained performance of PLUSNUTRA products.
**Key Responsibilities**
· Execute sales activities targeting pharmacies, health stores, and specialty wellness retailers in Finland and the Nordics.
· Support negotiations for listings, shelf placement, and promotional agreements with buyers and category managers.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, store managers, and key decision makers.
· Conduct regular field visits to ensure product visibility, availability, and in store execution.
· Assist in product launches, seasonal campaigns, and partner meetings.
· Deliver product trainings to pharmacy and retail staff, ensuring accurate communication of PLUSNUTRAs scientific foundations and health benefits.
· Conduct clear, engaging presentations for buyers, pharmacists, and retail teams.
· Participate in interviews, webinars, and public facing sessions to support sales and brand awareness.
· Demonstrate willingness to participate in voluntary photo and video shootings for social media and marketing content, coordinated with the marketing team and always based on informed consent.
· Represent PLUSNUTRA at trade fairs, conferences, and partner events.
· Monitor sales performance, category trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
· Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely reporting in line with PLUSNUTRA SOPs.
· Ensure compliance with EU and Finnish regulations governing the marketing and sale of dietary supplements.
· The sales representative must maintain close cross functional collaboration with other functions in the company, including but not limited to marketing, logistics, regulatory, and R&D.
**Candidate Profile**
· Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, Nutrition, or a related field.
· 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, wellness, or FMCG sales.
· Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to conduct trainings and interviews.
· Demonstrated ability to build relationships and support B2B sales processes.
· Analytical mindset with familiarity in sales KPIs and CRM tools.
· Fluent in Finnish and Swedish; Danish and Norwegian are considered an advantage; excellent English required.
· The position is based in Helsinki and operates in a hybrid work environment.
· Willingness to travel within Finland and the Nordic region.
**Reporting Structure**
The position reports directly to the Managing Director, with a dotted line reporting relationship to the Design & Marketing Director.
