Czech/Slovak speaking Customer Care Consultant

We are now looking for Customer Care Consultant for permanent, full-time position for our client

Customer Care Consultant position includes:

– Active customer service by phone and e-mail in Czech or Slovak.

– Providing information for the customers about the products of our clients brands within the food supplement industry.

– Helping to set up personalized programs for each customer.

– Actively keeping customers happy and retained in a sales-minded attitude.

Ideal background for this position would be to have previous experience in customer service and in call centers. You are positive, sales-minded and have excellent communication skills. You are good at solving problems and thrive in customer service. The Customer Care Consultant position requires fluent Czech or Slovak language skill. You also have to be able to communicate in English as English is the main working language in the office. Given our client is an international company, other languages such as Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish is a plus.

We offer you:

– The task is a permanent, full-time job where the working days are between Monday and Friday and working hours between 9.30 am to 5.30 pm. The workplace locates in Pasila, Helsinki.

– Our client offers a wide range of products of their brands for personal use.

– A possibility to work remotely 2 days a week after orientation is completed.

In this position we comply with the collectice agreement for the commercial sector. The salary is based on previous level of experience.
