IT Portfolio Management Officer
As an IT Portfolio Management Officer, you will act as a consultant, mentor and trainer in relation to adapting new methodologies, nurturing lean and agile mindset, and overall culture throughout the organization. You will coordinate tools used for demand & project management and own the reporting process on all levels.
Your role
To own the portfolio management operating model (including definition of model, process, governance, tooling, roles & responsibilities, artifacts; planning and implementation, change management, training)
To manage the implementation plan and roadmap for the portfolio management area
To provide constant up-to-date management visibility into the status of the overall portfolio as defined via core artifacts
To facilitate core events, hold other roles accountable for executing their respective parts
To maintain core artifacts jointly with others, i.e., ensure Portfolio is managed by Domain & Platform Heads
To interface with other dependent activities (including architecture, resource management, project shaping, prioritization, project management service management), ensure alignment between them, and collaboratively drive effective and efficient working practices across organization
About you
5-10 years of progressive professional experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
Experince working with Power Bi and excel
Understanding of portfolio management and different types of methodologies e.g. waterfall, agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks
An ability to drive toward big-picture goals while maintaining attention to detail
Experience working across multiple levels and functions of an organization to drive results
Experience faciliting leadership teams and change management skills
Strong communication and management skills in English

You will be located in Helsinki and report to Head of Group Functions and IT Excellence, Sari Vehtari. You have the flexibility to limited travel based on job requirements.
