Sales & Customer Support – Helsinki

About the role

NSG is one of the Nordic regions leading suppliers of precious metals, with over 30 years of experience in the industry. We have been active in the Finnish market for seven years and expanded our presence in 2024 with an office in Helsinki.
Due to our strong growth, we are now looking for a Sales & Customer Support professional to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Helsinki, Finland.
You will be part of a local team of four and work closely with colleagues at our headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.

Your role at NSG

As a Sales & Customer Support, you will play a key role throughout the customer journey in the Finnish market. Your main focus will be supporting the sales team and delivering excellent customer service, while also contributing to various operational and administrative tasks across the business.
This is a dynamic role suited for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow with a company in an exciting expansion phase.

Key responsibilities

Process and manage webshop orders
Coordinate logistics and deliveries
Proactively support and guide customers with orders and inquiries
Assist colleagues with daily operational tasks (customer service both on-site and online)
Translate and support marketing materials when needed
Provide general back-office and administrative support

Who are you?

You are solution-oriented, communicative, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and competencies

We believe you have:
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
Ability to work independently and manage tasks under pressure
A proactive, positive, and confident mindset
Strong communication skills
Solid and up-to-date IT skills
A genuine interest in the precious metals industry
A valid drivers license (considered an advantage)
Fluency in Finnish and Swedish, with good communication skills in English
