Our restaurant operations are expanding to Helsinki. Come join us in building a new restaurant experience in Helsinki! An experiential Italian restaurant with a wide selection of wines will open its doors in Helsinki in June. Now we are looking for an enthusiastic and professional team to join us from the start!
We offer a unique opportunity to be part of creating a restaurant that combines high-quality food, top-class service and an unforgettable atmosphere.
Training/induction will take place during May.
The waiter is a key professional in the restaurant’s customer service, whose job is to ensure that customers have a pleasant and smooth restaurant experience from start to finish. The job combines customer service skills, product knowledge and smooth cooperation with the kitchen.Key job duties:
– Welcoming customers and directing them to tables
– Giving food and beverage recommendations according to customers’ wishes
– Receiving orders and entering them into the system
– Serving dishes and drinks to tables
– Setting, keeping tables tidy and clearing them
– Working at the cash register and handling payment transactions
– Cooperating with the kitchen and other hall staff to ensure smooth service
