Travel Designer / Sales Manager

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable travel experiences in Lapland? Nordic Unique Travels is looking for a motivated and experienced Travel Package Designer / Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Rovaniemi, Finland.

Main Responsibilities:
Design and promote unique travel packages and experiences in Lapland.
Communicate with individual travelers, travel agents, and partners to increase sales.
Identify market trends and develop new travel concepts to attract international customers.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize product visibility and customer engagement.
Manage client inquiries and ensure excellent customer service before and after booking.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a travel agency or tourism sales position.
Strong knowledge of travel package design, pricing, and sales processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and at least 1 other language, either Chinese, French, Italian or Spanish (Mandatory).
Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the Lapland tourism market is a strong plus.
