Aito Igloo & Spa Resort, an exclusive 5-star luxury boutique resort, is looking for an innovative, creative, and experienced Social Media & Content Creation Specialist to enhance our brand presence online. We seek a digital storyteller with strong visual skills, exceptional English proficiency, and extensive experience in managing brand-focused social media strategies.

Responsibilities:

Manage and create daily engaging content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Produce high-quality written content in flawless English, reflecting the luxury standard of the resort.

Capture compelling photos and videos using professional cameras, drones, and other media equipment.

Edit videos professionally, creating impactful storytelling tailored for social media.

Perform advanced photo editing to maintain aesthetic brand consistency across platforms.

Implement SEO strategies and optimize content to increase online visibility and reach.

Track, analyze, and report social media analytics and campaign performance.

Develop and manage content calendars and social media strategies aligned branding and marketing goals.

Collaborate with the resort’s operations team to identify unique storytelling opportunities and promotions.

Respond to online comments and messages, fostering community engagement and positive interactions.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media best practices.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing content.

Strong background and proven track record in brand development and content creation.

Exceptional English writing and communication skills.

Professional-level photography, videography, and drone operation skills.

Expert-level proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and photo editing (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).

Solid understanding of SEO techniques and digital marketing analytics.

Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and aesthetic judgment.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, luxury hospitality environment.
