Customer Service Specialist with French and Italian appreciated

What are you going to work on?

The main focus of this role is taking care of a portfolio of customers in European countries with French-speaking clientele. You will be communicating with regular customers by phone, e-mail and via chat. Excellent knowledge of French is therefore essential. You will use English for internal communication and if you also speak Italian, this will be highly appreciated.

You will receive and process orders, resolve issues related to transport and claims, prepare reports and issue invoices.

You will work very closely with sales representatives operating in the given region to support sales activities.

To be successful in this position, you need:

• Experience on a similar position is advantage. 
• High school education.
• Excellent command of written and spoken French, as well as communicative English. If you also speak Italian, this will be highly appreciated.
• Very good user of MS Office – Excel, Outlook.
• Communicative, independent, flexible and well organised.
• Experience of working in Oracle / SAP / Salesforce is an advantage.
