Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

Consult clients on aesthetic and device-based treatments
Sell individual treatments, treatment courses, and service packages
Work with incoming inquiries and existing client base
Identify client needs and recommend suitable aesthetic solutions
Convert consultations into booked appointments and treatment plans
Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems
Cooperate with doctors and cosmetologists to ensure smooth client journeys
Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets
Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles
Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, wellness, or premium services is an advantage
Strong communication and consultation skills
Client-oriented and goal-driven working style
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities
Confident use of digital tools and CRM systems
Finnish and/or English language skills are mandatory
Russian language skills are considered an advantage
