At the beginning of your employment, you will work in various commercial properties as needed, such as stores, shopping centers, and stairwell properties. Work is mainly scheduled between Monday and Sunday, with shifts varying from early mornings to evening shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in our customer sites and handling other customer service tasks related to cleaning services.

We offer versatile and flexible summer jobs, with part-time and/or full-time contracts available from May to September! Please specify in your application when you are available to work and for how long. Salary is determined according to the collective agreement for property service workers and depends on your tasks. The training salary is €10.75/hour, after which it increases to €11.94/hour.

To succeed in this role, you need a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to be a reliable and meticulous team player. A customer-friendly approach and the ability to create a positive atmosphere in the workplace are essential qualities. Since work locations may be spread out, a driver’s license is considered an advantage. Previous experience and/or education in cleaning services is considered an advantage but is not required.

The job does not require strong Finnish language skills if your English is fluent; in this case, basic Finnish skills are sufficient. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must have a valid work permit when applying.
