Service Supervisor

Are you an experienced supervisor, possibly with a background in the cleaning services industry?

We are looking for a Service Supervisor for the Uusimaa region

As a Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and high-quality operation of cleaning services in your assigned customer sites. Your tasks include organizing maintenance cleaning and deep cleaning services, ensuring service quality, and leading your team. You will act as a direct supervisor for your employees, handling their onboarding and overseeing the overall performance of your site.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to systematically develop and maintain both the cleanliness of your customer sites and the professional skills of your employees. Prior experience in the cleaning services industry is not required, although it may help you get started more quickly. Your proven track record in successful supervisory work will support you in learning about the industry. After all, leadership skills are transferable across different fields. As a supervisor, you should have a solid understanding of financial key figuresperhaps your higher education has equipped you with the skills to interpret them effectively. You are particularly accustomed to working in customer-facing roles with a sales-oriented approach, quickly identifying customer needs and responding with the right service solutions.

The salary for this role ranges from €2,400 to €2,800 per month, depending on your previous experience. Working in our international environment is both rewarding and exciting. This supervisory role requires at least basic proficiency in Finnish. The position is permanent and full-time (37.5 hours per week). Working hours vary and include morning, daytime, and evening shifts on weekdays, with occasional weekend work as needed. The position starts as soon as the right candidate is found.
