**Join us as a Service Instructor in Cleaning Services in Salla**

Are you a professional in the cleaning services industry and interested in a guiding role where you can support the teams daily work and ensure high-quality service?

You will work under a supervisor as a service supervisor, with a key responsibility for ensuring the smooth operation and quality of cleaning at the client site. You will act as a key link between employees, management, and customers, supporting your supervisor. However, the role does not include formal managerial responsibility.

Customer service is central to the role, and success requires a customer-oriented mindset and strong interaction skills. In your position, you directly influence the customer experience and the smoothness of client relationships, so active collaboration, clear communication, and a solution-oriented approach are essential.

**Your responsibilities include, among others:**

– Ensuring the daily cleaning work runs smoothly and meets quality standards, as well as planning work distribution and using resources cost-effectively

– Continuously developing operations together with your supervisor and actively contributing improvement ideas

– Guiding and onboarding staff

– Collaborating with clients

– Regular participation in practical cleaning work

**We expect you to have:**

– Experience in cleaning work and knowledge of facility cleaning

– The ability to guide and support the work community in daily situations and provide clear feedback

– Good organizational skills and initiative

– A customer-friendly approach and positive attitude

– The ability to work under pressure and solve problems

– Communication skills in Finnish or English, both spoken and written. Language skills are important in a guiding role to ensure understanding of work instructions, safe working practices, and proper management of the employment relationship

– A valid work permit if you are not a Finnish citizen

– A drivers license

**Considered an advantage:**

– Previous experience in supervisory or leadership roles

– A hygiene passport and/or occupational safety card

**We offer you:**

– A permanent, full-time employment contract (37.5 hours per week)

– Work shifts on weekdays and weekends, mainly in the mornings and daytime (flexibility for different shifts is appreciated)

– A mutually agreed start date

– Competitive salary according to the collective agreement for property service employees: €2,177/month
