Are you an experienced cleaning professional with a background in cleaning services?
As a Hotel Cleaning Instructor, you will be responsible for cleaning at our client site, including hotel rooms and common areas.
In this role, you will work alongside the site manager to ensure the quality and smooth execution of our cleaning services daily. Your key responsibilities will also include participating in work allocation, guiding and training staff, and performing hands-on cleaning tasks. You have a natural ability to organize tasks and a customer-oriented mindset.
We offer a permanent, full-time position of 37.5 hours per week. Your work shifts are scheduled from Monday to Sunday, mainly morning shifts. Flexibility to work other shifts when needed is appreciated. The position starts as soon as possible once a suitable candidate is found. Salary is based on the collective agreement for property services employees and is €2,120/month.
The role requires experience in cleaning and a valid driving license. Formal education in the field is considered an advantage. You will fit the team if you work in a customer-friendly manner and positively influence the work community through your attitude and strong communication skills. You are proactive, a problem solver, able to handle pressure well, willing to learn, flexible, and committed to completing assigned tasks.
Fluent Finnish is not required if your English is strong; basic Finnish skills are sufficient. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must have a valid work permit at the time of application.
