At the beginning of the employment, your workplace will consist of hotel and commercial property sites, where work is mainly carried out on weekdays and weekends during early morning and evening shifts. In this role, you will independently be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our customer sites, as well as other customer service tasks related to cleaning services. You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. You are expected to work responsibly, follow safety and quality practices, and take care of your work environment.

Your duties include, among other things:

– Daily cleaning and maintenance tasks

– Ensuring the quality of your own work

– Proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials

– Cooperation with the customer and your work community

We expect from you:

– Previous experience in cleaning or sanitation services

– Ability to understand work instructions, communicate regarding employment matters, and ensure safe working practices in either Finnish or English. Fluent Finnish is not required, and English skills can replace Finnish language skills. We value a diverse work community where different language and cultural backgrounds are seen as a strength

– Ability to work independently and carefully

– Responsibility and reliability

– If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must have a valid work permit

– A drivers license and access to your own car, as the role involves traveling within the work area

– Flexibility regarding working hours and the ability to adapt to changing situations

– Education in the field or familiarity with the work is considered an advantage
