At the beginning of your employment, your workplace will be at a hotel. Work shifts are scheduled from Monday to Sunday, ranging from early morning to evening shifts. In this role, you will work at our client site and be responsible for hotel room cleanliness as well as other customer service tasks related to cleaning services.
We offer a permanent, part-time employment contract of 15 hours per week. The work will start as soon as possible, once a suitable candidate is found. Salary is determined according to the collective agreement for property services employees and depends on your tasks. The trainee salary is €11.03/hour, after which the pay ranges from €12.26/hour to €12.88/hour depending on the position.
To succeed in this role, you should have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work reliably and carefully as a team player. Customer-friendly behavior and the ability to create a positive atmosphere in the work community are important qualities. Previous experience and/or training in cleaning is considered an advantage, but is not required.
The role does not require fluent Finnish if your English is strong; basic Finnish skills are sufficient. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must have a valid work permit at the time of application.
