At the start of the employment relationship, your workplace will be in a shop, a service station, and a café, with work mainly scheduled on weekends in the early mornings starting at 6:00. In this position, you will work at our customer site and be responsible for maintaining cleanliness as well as performing other customer service tasks related to cleaning services.
We offer you a permanent part-time employment contract, 9 hours per week. Work begins at the start of the year on January 3rd, 2025. Salary is determined in accordance with the collective agreement for property services employees and depends on your duties. The trainee salary is €11.03/hour, after which depending on the role €12.26/hour–€13.52/hour.
To succeed in this position, you need a positive attitude, a willingness to learn new things, and the ability to be a reliable and careful team player. A customer-friendly approach and the ability to create a positive atmosphere in the workplace are important qualities. Previous experience and/or training in cleaning is considered an advantage, but it is not required.
Good Finnish skills are not necessary if your English is fluent; in that case, basic Finnish skills are sufficient. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must have a valid work permit when applying for the position.
