At the start of your employment, your workplace will be a hotel where work is carried out from Monday to Sunday, mainly early mornings starting at 6:00 as well as morning shifts. In this position, you will work at our customers site and be responsible for the cleanliness of hotel rooms and other customer service tasks related to cleaning services.
We offer you a permanent part-time employment contract, 5 hours per week. Work begins as soon as possible once the right person is found. Salary is determined in accordance with the collective agreement for property services employees and depends on your tasks. The trainee salary is €11.03/hour, after which the salary depending on the duties is €12.26/hour–€12.88/hour.
To succeed in this role, you need a positive attitude, a willingness to learn new things, and the ability to be a reliable and diligent team player. A customer-friendly approach and the ability to create a positive atmosphere in the workplace are important qualities. Previous experience and training in cleaning are considered an advantage, but not required.
Good Finnish language skills are not necessary if your English is fluent; in that case, basic Finnish skills are sufficient. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must already have a valid work permit when applying for this position.
