We are looking for enthusiastic seasonal workers for Ivalo and Inari!

How would you like to work in an international environment with an energetic team? Our seasonal positions offer a unique opportunity to gain valuable work experience and enjoy a multicultural work environment in the snowy landscapes of northern Finland! We provide full training, so previous experience is an advantage but not required – we make sure you are well-prepared for your tasks.

We are now looking for new team members for several of our hotel and apartment locations, as well as our stores! Seasonal work varies depending on the location, with shifts ranging from mornings to evenings and from weekdays to weekends. A great attitude and your motivation to succeed with us could even open up opportunities to continue working with N-Clean after the season ends. We are here to support your success!

We offer diverse and flexible seasonal work, either under a framework agreement or as part-time employment of 18 hours per week on a fixed-term basis. The position starts as soon as possible or on 1 January 2025, and the employment lasts until 31 March 2026. Please specify in your application the times that suit you best and which part of the season you are available. We offer a variety of shifts and tasks so you can easily fit work around your personal schedule and free time.

Salary follows the collective agreement for property service workers and ranges from €12.26–€12.88/hour.

The most important thing for us is your positive and proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn. It is essential that you enjoy working in our agile environment and are comfortable with fast-paced and physically active work.

Tasks do not require Finnish language skills if your English is strong. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must already have a valid work permit for employment in Finland at the time of application.
