We are looking for enthusiastic seasonal workers for northern Finland!
How does working in an international environment with an energetic team sound? Our seasonal jobs offer a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in working life and in a multicultural work community amidst the snowy landscapes of Salla! We will teach you everything you need to know — previous experience is an advantage but not required. You will always receive thorough training for your tasks.
We are now hiring new team members for several of our hotel locations!
Seasonal work varies depending on the site and consists mainly of morning shifts on weekdays and weekends. With the right attitude and a desire to succeed with us, you may also have the opportunity to continue at N-Clean after the season ends. We are here to support your success!
We offer versatile and flexible seasonal jobs with part-time and fixed-term contracts, 6 hours per week. Fixed-term contracts end on 5 April 2026. In your application, please specify your availability and the period during which you can work throughout the season. Wages follow the Collective Agreement for Property Services Employees and range from €11.03/h to €12.88/h.
What matters most to us is your positive and proactive attitude, good communication skills, and willingness to learn new things. It is important that you enjoy working in our fast-paced environment and are not afraid of physically demanding work.

Knowledge of Finnish is not required if your English skills are good. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must already have a valid work permit for Finland when applying.
