Bookkeeper Intern

The Bookkeeper Intern will support the daily financial and administrative operations of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain practical experience in bookkeeping, accounting systems, invoicing, and business administration in Finland.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily sales, expenses, and financial transactions

Prepare and send invoices to customers

Organize receipts, bills, and accounting documents

Assist with payroll records and payment tracking

Reconcile bank transactions and payment reports

Maintain accurate bookkeeping files and digital records

Support VAT and tax documentation preparation

Coordinate with external accountant when required

Assist with budgeting and financial reporting

Perform general office administration tasks

Requirements

Interest in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance

Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email, Google Drive)

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Good organizational skills

English language skills required

Finnish language is an advantage

Knowledge of accounting software is a plus
