Project Manager (IT Service Management)

Our client in the manufacturing sector is currently looking for a Project Manager – IT Service Excellence Strategy.

General Company Information:
A global leader in equipment, tools, service, and technical solutions for the mining and construction industries. Applications include rock drilling, rock cutting, loading and hauling, tunneling, and quarrying.

Project Background & Description:
The Digital Business Capabilities unit currently lacks a clear definition and target state for IT Service Management, including its design, management, and operation. While System Owners and Service Owners manage operational and quality-driven parameters, a unified framework for service excellence is missing.

This project aims to establish an IT Service Excellence Strategy to ensure alignment, process efficiency, service quality, customer-centricity, compliance, and innovation.

Project Manager Requirements:
Recent strategic service management experience
Strategy Development
IT Service Management / ITIL in a Global Corporate Environment
Organizational Change Management & Communication
Modern IT Trends (Automation, AI, Self-Service, etc.)
Other Important Skills:
Stakeholder Engagement
Workshop Facilitation
PM Certification: Preferred

Location: Preferably in Tampere (Stockholm also possible)
Allocation: 100%
Assignment Start Date: March 2025 when suitable cadidate is found
Assignment End Date: October 2025
Language: Proficient English
Access to Industrial Areas: No
Travel Expected: Possible
Industry: Manufacturing
