K Group is looking for an Observability & ITOM Engineer with a focus on monitoring, observability, and IT Operations Management in a complex multi-cloud environment.Do you want to work as a critical link between business and technology in one of the leading companies in its field? About the role

As an Observability & ITOM Engineer, you will be responsible for owning and developing K Groups observability and monitoring capabilities across a modern multi-cloud landscape. Your job also includes acting as the technical owner of key platforms such as Dynatrace, ServiceNow ITOM, Zabbix, and related integrations, as well as guiding external service providers and internal teams in their effective use.

In this role, we expect you to strengthen service visibility, operational insight, and reliability across AWS, Azure, private cloud, and limited GCP environments. You will be working closely with cloud, infrastructure, application teams, external service providers, and business IT units, and together you take part in creating a reliable and seamless shopping experience for our customers.

This role offers you a great possibility to shape and mature observability and ITOM practices in a large-scale enterprise environment, with clear ownership of a business-critical capability area.

We are currently working with the following programs/stack: Dynatrace, ServiceNow ITOM, Zabbix, multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, private cloud; limited GCP), and related integrations. We use modern, enterprise-grade tools with a strong focus on reliability, security, and governance.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you

are an experienced observability or IT operations professional who understands the importance of business-oriented, end-to-end service visibility. You work proactively, communicate clearly, and enjoy improving complex operational environments.

Your skills and background:
– Strong experience with observability and monitoring tools, especially Dynatrace – Experience with ServiceNow and ITOM-related processes (e.g. event management, service mapping) – Hands-on experience with Zabbix or similar monitoring platforms – Understanding of multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure; GCP as a plus) – Experience working with outsourced IT services – Structured, analytical, and proactive way of working – Relevant academic background (e.g. IT, engineering or similar) – Strong communication skills in English; Finnish is considered an advantage
