Groundworker

We are looking for a skilled Excavator Assistant (Groundworker) for our clients construction sites in the Turku area!

In this role, you will work alongside an excavator operator on various earthworks and infrastructure projects. Your daily tasks will include assisting with excavation work, exposing and installing cables, sewer lines, and pipelines, measuring levels, and performing manual groundworks when needed. The job is physically demanding, so good physical fitness and a proactive attitude are important. Experience with level lasers and pipe lasers is considered an advantage.

– Previous experience in earthworks or ground construction
– Good physical condition and a positive work attitude
– Strong teamwork skills
– Careful and precise working style
– A valid Occupational Safety Card (Työturvallisuuskortti)

Work sites are located in Turku and the surrounding areas. Having your own car is beneficial for commuting to different sites and may be considered an advantage.

The work will start according to agreement and based on project schedules. For the right person, there is an opportunity for long-term employment with future projects. Salary will be determined based on your experience and skills.
