Date Agency is a Helsinki-based marketing agency for hospitality brands. We build concepts, develop strategies, and turn them into real business growth for restaurants, bars, and hotels.

We’re looking for someone with a genuinely creative mind and the strategic instinct to back it up. Someone who can see the full picture for a brand, and shape the thinking behind every piece of content we produce.

Can turn a brand into a clear, sharp creative direction

Know how to run market, audience, and competitor analysis

Understand how social media actually works

Connect creative instinct with marketing logic
