CNC – machinist

We are looking for experienced CNC machinists for our client in the Salo region. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a stable company with modern machinery and a long-term employment possibility.

Job duties:

* Operating CNC machining centers (mainly horizontal machining centers)
* Creating or modifying programs directly at the machine panel
* Programming and operating machines with Fanuc control system
* Machine setup, including tools, fixtures and jigs
* Reading technical drawings and working according to specifications
* Manufacturing parts weighing approximately 1100 kg
* Working with tolerances according to machine capability, typically down to a few hundredths of a millimeters

Requirements:

* Previous experience with CNC machining centers
* Ability to program or modify programs directly from the machine panel
* Experience with setups, tooling and fixtures
* Ability to read technical drawings
* Experience with Fanuc controls
* Finnish or English language skills
