Summer job: Burger King – Avolta Finland

Avolta is now recruiting summer workers for Helsinki Airport Burger King teams!

We exist to make travelers happier by maximizing every moment of their journey – whether you are on-the-go or online. In the Nordics, Avolta offers travel retail under the brand of Dufry and HMSHost runs restaurants and cafes. In Finland we have 12 retail outlets and 16 restaurants, cafes & convenience stores at award winning Helsinki Airport.

What we are looking for:
– friendliness and motivation towards customer service
– accuracy with following concept rules and you want to help whole team to succeed.
– You enjoy working in international team and speak fluently one of our working languages, English or Finnish. – Any other language skills is highly appreciated.
– We don’t require previous work experience as you will go through training to become a Burger King expert.
– Previous experience from fast food or customer service roles is great to have, but most of all we are looking for responsible team players with great attitude to our teams. Many of our employees have grown in to supervisor roles, so if you are interested in hospitality career, we have opportunities.

Hygiene and alcohol passes are required for these positions. If you dont have those already, dont worry, you can complete those during the first month of employment.

We offer summer contracts with 60 or 90 hours/3 weeks. Upon agreement you can stay with us until end on August or September.

Salary is based on Hotel, restaurant & leisure collective agreement.
