Marketing Manager, Romania

Are you a strategic and creative marketing professional with a passion for the restaurant industry?

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across our restaurant locations in Romania. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer loyalty.
• Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
• Oversee content creation for social media, website, and promotional materials.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to optimize marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and product development teams to create engaging promotions and campaigns.
• Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and media outlets.
• Track marketing performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness.

What we are looking for in a new colleague

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or food industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding.
• Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to industry trends.
• Passionate About Food: A genuine enthusiasm for food and its role in marketing.
• Good computing skills (Microsoft 365)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Romanian and English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

The salary for this position is 4977- 5972 RON net / month. Additionally, we also provide meal vouchers.
