5-Axis CNC Machinist & Programmer (Mazak Integrex)

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled 5-axis CNC Machinist and Programmer for a permanent role. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating and programming Mazak Integrex 450 (Multilathes), with a strong preference for candidates also experienced with FANUC controls. This role requires an independent professional capable of handling complex machining tasks from setup to final production.

Technical Specifications:

* Machine: Mazak Integrex 450 Multilathe (5-axis machining center).

* Controls: Mazak Conversational, Heidenhain, Siemens Sinumerik (FANUC experience is a significant plus).

* Method Planning: Method designer, setter/editor, programmer, CAM Master (GIBBS etc.).

* Production: Small to medium series (1–100 pcs), handling pieces weighing from 1kg up to 2 tons.

* Material: Aluminum, stainless steel, black steel, casting blanks, and welded steel structures.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machining, particularly with 5-axis machines.

* Exceptional ability to work as an independent programmer and setter.

* Very strong understanding of technical drawings (Oltava teknisen piirustuksen lukutaito erittäin hyvällä tasolla).

* Language: Fluent English and some level of Finnish (suomenkieli jollakin tasolla).

Conditions:

* Wage: €16.00 – €18.00 per hour.

* Work System: 3-shift system.

* Type of work: Permanent.

* Benefits: Hour bank (additional hours can be saved).
