FINLAND – Foundry Worker

We are seeking experienced Foundry Workers specializing in Molding and Core Making to support a high-output production line supplying the global energy and marine sectors.

Your Role

You will be responsible for the end-to-end preparation of molds and cores. This role requires precision, an understanding of foundry processes, and a commitment to safety and quality standards within a team-based environment.

Candidate Requirements

* Proven Track Record: At least 2-3 years of experience in a foundry or similar heavy industry role.

* Communication: English proficiency is mandatory for safety and coordination.

* Flexibility: Willingness to work in a three-shift rotation (Morning/Evening/Night).

* Proactivity: A motivated attitude and the ability to hit production deadlines.
