Senior CNC Boring Machine Operator & Programmer (TOS WRD130)

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and independent CNC Professional for a permanent role. You will be responsible for operating and programming a large-scale TOS WRD130 Boring Machine equipped with a Heidenhain 640 control system. This position is ideal for someone who excels at working with massive components and complex technical specifications.

Technical Specifications:

* Machine: TOS WRD130 CNC Boring Machine (X 13000, Y 4000, Z 1200, W 700).

* Equipment: 5-axis capability, rotating tables (2 units: 20t and 3t).

* Controls: Heidenhain 640.

* Production: Small series (1–20 pcs) with workpiece weights ranging from 1kg up to 40 tons.

* Material: Black steel, casting blanks, and welded steel structures.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machining.

* Expertise in Heidenhain and Siemens Sinumerik controls.

* Ability to work as an independent programmer and setter.

* Advanced understanding of technical drawings.

* Language: English.

Conditions:

* Wage: €16.00 – €18.00 per hour.

* Work System: 2-shift system.

* Type of work: Permanent.
