Job Responsibilities
As a Chef at Gaucho, your tasks will include:
Preparing, marinating, and grilling premium meat cuts using churrasco techniques
Cooking and preparing buffet items, sides, salads, and warm dishes
Ensuring consistency and quality of all food produced
Working closely with other chefs to maintain smooth kitchen operations
Participating in menu development and contributing new ideas
Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and high kitchen standards
Supporting the team during busy service hours
