As a Customer Value Manager, youll ensure our customers get maximum value from Fixably – driving adoption, success, and long-term partnerships. Youll combine project management, relationship-building, and commercial acumen to turn every customer into a success story.
Were looking for a Europe-based team member who can own customer relationships across time zones from Australia to EMEA, working remotely or from our Helsinki office.
What Youll Do:
– Lead and assist customer onboardings, ensuring smooth and timely go-lives.
– Build trusted relationships that drive satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
– Identify growth opportunities and help customers use Fixably for business improvement.
– Be the customers voice within Fixably, translating needs into input for product development.
– Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering to deliver a seamless experience.
– Occasionally support the Sales team in expansions and pre-sales.
What You Bring:
– 3+ years in customer-facing B2B roles (Customer Success, Account Management, etc.)
– Strong project management and proactive communication skills.
– A customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability and commercial awareness.
– Analytical thinking and understanding of business processes or aftersales models.
– Degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
Bonus Points:
– Experience in SaaS, ERP, or electronics repair industries.
– Additional European languages.
– A collaborative mindset, goal-driven attitude, and love for challenges.

Your Typical Day Might Include:
– Running onboarding sessions and managing customer projects to go-live.
– Partnering with Sales, Support, and Product to enhance customer experience.
– Maintaining relationships, tracking needs, and highlighting relevant new features.
– Identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
– Sharing insights to shape the product roadmap.
