We are now seeking a results-driven, hands-on Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to accelerate our growth in elite team sports.

The role

As CRO, you will develop Firstbeat’s global revenue engine. Your role is to drive sustainable ARR growth by facilitating scalable go-to-market processes, aligning commercial teams, and ensuring consistent execution across markets.

You will work closely with our commercial teams, with a strong focus on revenue performance, from pipeline generation and sales to customer retention and expansion. A significant part of your role will be on accelerating growth in Europe and North America.

This is a hands-on performance role suited for someone who enjoys both setting direction and rolling up their sleeves to make it happen. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with variety of teams across the organization to scale a global SaaS business in elite team sports. 

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and drive global ARR growth
• Define and execute growth strategy together with the CEO, Business Director and leadership team
• Facilitate data-driven and scalable go-to-market processes across teams and functions
• Support growth in key markets, including North America, by enabling and supporting the local sales teams 
• Align sales and marketing around ICPs, messaging, pipeline creation, and measurable outcomes
• Develop sales enablement practices, forecasting models, and data-driven decision-making
• Establish and monitor commercial KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence
• Ensure close collaboration between commercial teams and product/technology to support long-term growth
• Participate and drive commercialization of new elements designed to enhance ARR

What we’re looking for

• Proven commercial SaaS experience in a scale-up or growth-stage company operating internationally
• Strong B2B SaaS background, with hands-on responsibility for ARR growth, forecasting, and scaling revenue in relatively lean organisations
• Demonstrated success in building repeatable, scalable sales and go-to-market processes 
• Experience operating internationally; exposure to the North American market is a strong advantage
• Comfortable working in environments where not everything is ready-made and leaders are expected to build, test, and iterate
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. You bring energy and clarity to the room
• Resilient, pragmatic, and effective at getting things done
• Strategic thinker with a highly execution-oriented, hands-on mindset — able to switch between strategy and frontline execution
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with metrics, forecasts, and performance data
• Excellent communication skills in English; Finnish language skills are an advantage
