Operational Support

FINDSpirit Oy is a small company with a multitude of different businesses, including educational services, educational trips planning, import-export of packaging and architectural materials, and restaurant management.

We are looking for someone who can help us streamline our stock management, support our business by finding and maintaining partners who are primarily manufacturers in China and restaurants in Finland, digitise our existing marketing materials, and assist with other possible tasks, such as schedule coordination, phone calls, document translation, or finalisation, etc. Our company is small, so we are looking for someone willing to take up versatile roles, learn fast, and be trustworthy.

Our main working languages are Chinese and English. Working time is flexible between Monday and Friday.

We expect:

Experience in import-export cross-border trade

Familiar with restaurant workflow and ecosystem

Basic IT skills, and able to help us complete and maintain our website

Undergraduate degree, preferably in engineering or business

Experience in logistics and supply chain management is a plus

Pay attention to details and be responsible in their work

Able to communicate in English and preferably Chinese, Finnish is also a plus.

A driver’s license is a plus
