Domestic Helper to the Residence of Ambassador

**Main Duties:**

– **Duties as Cook:** Experienced cook skilled in preparing authentic **Malaysia dishes**, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, ensuring food quality, and following hygiene and safety standards while supporting efficient kitchen operations.

– **Housekeeping** : Daily cleaning, laundry and ironing

– **Event Support** : Setting up receptions and events, lunches and dinners

– **Serving & Catering** : Serving meals and assisting in food preparation for Ambassador events

– **Inventory Management** : Taking stock of cleaning supplies and household items

– **Maintenance Liaison** : Assisting with maintenance, report work on any maintenance required

**A successful candidate shall have:**

– **Experience**: Previous experience (3 years minimum) in professional cleaning or hospitality, preferable within an international organization, embassy or high-end residential setting.

– **Cook:** Experienced in preparing **authentic Malaysia cuisine**, including traditional dishes, food preparation, seasoning, presentation, and maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and kitchen safety.

– **Language skills** : Proficient in English and **Malay** an added advantage.

– **Knowledge**: Good understanding of cleaning products and hands-on cooking Malaysian cuisine is an added advantage.

– **Personality**: Service-minded, flexible with working hours (including evenings/weekends) and high discretion
