As a cook at Seagram, you work in a dynamic and collaborative kitchen team where quality, efficiency, and pride in craftsmanship are central. Your responsibilities include preparing and cooking dishes according to our à la carte menu, managing mise en place, and handling ingredients with care. You maintain high hygiene standards, support a wellstructured workflow, and cooperate closely with both kitchen and frontofhouse staff. During the season, you also take part in larger services and events, where flexibility and teamwork are essential to delivering a consistently high standard to our guests.

We are an archipelago restaurant located on the island of Föglö in the southern Åland archipelago. You reach us from mainland Åland by a ferry that runs throughout the day, stopping just a stones throw from the restaurant. In 2023 we celebrated our 30th anniversary, and we are now one of Ålands most visited summer restaurants.
We serve bistro dishes and à la carte, as well as our popular pizzas. At Seagram, we work with highquality ingredients and use local Åland produce whenever possible.
Our restaurant is situated right by the water, offering magical summer evenings where we regularly host visiting artists.
Since 2022, we have organized the Åland Dansband Festival every July, welcoming some of the Nordic regions leading dance bands for a full week. During this week, the entire restaurant transforms into a festival area.
